We all know him and if you don’t you should (same on you). Startlingly attractive star of the CW’s Arrow is what makes me and probably everyone come back to this show. Not to say that he’s the only hot thing on the show this is the CW, being a model is a prerequisite to appear on the network. Anyway watch it and wait for Stephens smile, he could conquer the planet with that smile.
