>> BIOGRAPHY
Jon was born in Reykjavik, Iceland. He is a mixed of Icelandic and Thai. He moved from Iceland to USA in 1994 with his parents and two brothers, he?s the middle of 3 kids. When his family moved to the USA, his last name was changed to Jonsson because it's conventional to have your father's last name instead of using the Icelandic tradition of taking your father's first name and adding 'sson' to the end of it. Moving to California in the 7th grade, Jon began surfing and playing many instruments including piano, guitar, clarinet and the saxophone. Jon is currently enrolled at UCSC with one more year left to go. He is majoring in astrophysics and his ultimate goal in life is to pilot a space shuttle. However after winning the title of "the American Most Gorgeous Male Model", he has to put his study on hold to work in his modeling career on a 4-year contract with the prestigious New York-based agency IMG Modeling and is now re-located to New York City.
